acoular.tools.get_modes(lOrder, direction, mpos, sourceposition=array([0, 0, 0]))¶

Returns Spherical Harmonic Radiation Pattern at the Microphones

Parameters:

lOrderint

Maximal order of spherical harmonic

directionarray of floats

Spherical Harmonic orientation

mposarray of floats

x, y, z position of microphones

sourcepositionarray of floats

position of the source

Returns:

modesarray of floats

the radiation values at each microphone for each mode
